Before you ask for team help
- Share all six Pokémon with moves, items, abilities and EVs.
- Name the matchups or situations you keep losing.
- Explain your usual leads and your intended win condition.
- Say whether the team is for ranked play, best-of-three practice or an event.
- List any favourites or core Pokémon you do not want removed.
A PokéPaste is the simplest way to share a readable team. If you prefer screenshots, make sure every important detail is visible.
Pokémon Champions Discord FAQ
Is this an official Pokémon server?
No. Pokémon Champions Discord is a fan-run VGC community. It is not operated by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK or Discord. For game announcements and platform information, use the official Pokémon Champions website.
Can beginners ask for help?
Yes. You do not need a finished team or tournament experience. A useful first post can be as simple as: “I want to build around these two Pokémon, I struggle against Trick Room, and I am learning doubles.” Clear context matters more than technical vocabulary.
What should I include in a team review request?
Include the full set, the team’s main idea, two or three difficult matchups and a few notes from recent games. “Rate my team” gives reviewers very little to work with. “I lose when my Tailwind expires and I cannot stop opposing setup” points to a real problem.
Can someone help me reach Master Ball?
The community can help you improve the team and your decision-making, but no result is guaranteed. Keep one team long enough to learn its leads, damage ranges and endgames. The ranked ladder guide explains a practical review loop for turning losses into useful adjustments.
Where can I learn team roles and archetypes?
Start with the team archetypes guide, then use the Trick Room guide if speed reversal is the matchup you need to understand. These guides explain what each role contributes instead of presenting a list of Pokémon without context.
Does Pokémon Champions support mobile play?
Yes. Pokémon Champions supports mobile devices and Nintendo Switch systems, with cross-platform battles described on the official site. For Discord setup, notification or account questions, use Discord’s official mobile guide or our mobile support page.
Where should I check the current rules?
Use the official Play! Pokémon rules page for Championship Series rules. Community events can set additional procedures, so always read the event listing before registering.
Where are tournament results?
The tournament results page contains the three completed Open League records and the 23 August ValkrixVGC event record, each linked to its published Limitless source pages. It is intentionally kept as a concise, verifiable results page rather than a long profile.
